For more than twenty years, Fred 62 has been the go-to diner for Los Feliz residents. How many of us have watched a movie next door or had a drink with friends before heading there for some late-night diner food? It has become a staple of the community with its delicious burgers, thick milkshakes, and tempting fries. That’s not to mention the charm of the diner itself. The diner is an homage to the Googie architecture style that defined the look of Los Angeles in the mid-twentieth century. The Space-Age sign and the old photographs on the walls all evoke the history of the city. While you can’t exactly relish in the nostalgic atmosphere at the moment, you can definitely enjoy their wonderful food!
A Los Feliz Classic
Vermont Avenue is the main street of Los Feliz. Restaurants, bookstores, shops, and theaters are only some of the many establishments that you will find walking down the street. All of this bustling city life can usually be enjoyed from the little patio outside of Fred 62, where you could bring your dog and people-watch as you enjoyed your meal. Hopefully, you get to do that again sometime soon. In the meantime, however, as we wait for the social distancing measures to be effective, you can swing by and get takeout or use one of the many apps available to get some delivery.
Order Diner Food
Whether you want to get a specialty burger, delicious fries, or a classic milkshake, Fred 62 has got you covered. Just because you can’t go to a diner, it doesn’t mean that you can’t indulge in some good diner food. Besides, time isn’t real anymore. This means you can get it at any point of the day and still get the feeling of visiting a diner late at night. To order some of Fred 62’s classic dishes, you can use GrubHub, Uber Eats, Doordash, and Postmates. And, for more information, you can visit the Fred 62 website.
