- Loans – The fund will offer flexible loans and micro-loans to small businesses, micro-entrepreneurs, and non-profits in the city.
- Coaching and Technical Assistance – With the help of community organizations, the fund will provide free coaching and technical assistance to applicants seeking support. This will be available throughout the different stages of the process.
