Opened in July of 2019, Adamae is right next to Lowboy and is named after the creator of the Lady of the Lake statue in Echo Park Lae, Ada Mae Sharpless. The creators of Adamae are partners Paul Pruitt, Jeff Manno, and Duncan Smith of New School Consulting. Their menu features items like Smoked Cod Fritters, Chargrilled Octopus, and Ginger-braised Lamb Shank.
They have drinks like wines, spirits, draft beers, and cocktails. One of the cocktails is the Ghostwriter, which is a combination of vida mezcal, pomegranate, lemon, Campari, and xocalatl mole bitters. Zoom your way down to Adamae for an absolute killer meal.
