Video marketing can be especially powerful for lawyers.
Potential clients can see what you’d be like before they even call your practice.
It’s a great way to stand out, particularly when compared to law firms that just rely on blogs or other forms of the written word.
That said, video marketing has to be taken seriously.
Videos that don’t look great, have poor sound, or are lacking in technical qualities might do more harm than good. Whenever you make a video for your firm, ask: “would this make a great first impression?”
If the answer isn’t a resounding “yes,” then try again. Maybe edit the video. A little bit of experimentation can go a long way.
